I first met Frank prior to him founding Collins Construction Services. In 1991, he spearheaded the addition I made to my 100+ year-old home in Barrington Hills. I was so impressed by his professionalism and control of the project that when he decided to start his own business, Collins Construction Services was the first company I thought of to execute commercial projects for me.
Over the years, Frank has built out over 100,000 sq. ft. of commercial space for companies that I either owned or managed. As a contractor, he never disappointed me on performance or fairness of price. He always worked well with the interior designers and architects, even if they were not provided by him. He has always ensured that all subcontractors operate with the same high standards and integrity that he has set for himself and his company.
I would highly recommend Collins Construction Services for any project, large or small, and to this day, he is the first person I call when there is any work that I need done.

I cannot say enough positive things about Collins Construction Services. Our job was done on time and looks fabulous.
